The U.S. Marshal Service and Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office need your help in locating two wanted fugitives they allege pose a threat to residents. They say a tip from the public could make all the difference in bringing them to justice.

    Daniel Isenhower Jr.

Isenhower is wanted by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for possessing a weapon under disability. In this case, Isenhower is a convicted felon, which makes him ineligible to own a firearm.

    • Age: 43
    • Height: 5’10”
    • Weight: 225 lbs.

    Darius Pugh

Pugh is a registered sex offender sought by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for allegedly violating his parole. He had been convicted on two counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor.

His address is listed as “homeless,” which presents a unique set of circumstances for law enforcement.

    • Age: 21
    • Height: 5’11”
    • Weight: 180 lbs.

Michael Black, U.S. Marshal for the Southern District of Ohio said it’s in these instances that seeing and saying something is of the utmost importance.

“We need assistance from the public so we can have at least have a starting point where our where our fugitive apprehension team can start looking for him,” said Black. “If somebody identifies him in the neighborhood, at a gas station or anywhere, that could be the starting point where we start our search and hopefully attaining the goal of getting this guy apprehended.”

What to do if you see them

Black said that if you see either of these people, don’t approach them as they could be armed and dangerous. Instead, you can submit a tip to the U.S. Marshal Service via the tip line at 614-469-5540, its usmarshals.gov website or the USMS Tips app.
