DAYTON, Ohio ( WDTN ) — New information has been released on the 14 members of a local motorcycle club arrested in a series of federal raids three months ago .

In a court filing on Wednesday, prosecutors and lawyers for all 14 co-defendants say they need more time to review evidence. That includes data from computer hard drives and thousands of pages of documents.

Springfield school evacuated, Ohio BMV locations and county offices closed

Prosecutors say most of that work won’t be ready to share with the defense until October, meaning the current trial date of Sept. 30 will need to be pushed back.

Of the 14 men arrested, 10 are charged with conspiracy to commit assault with a deadly weapon, seven are charged with racketeering conspiracy and are charged with attempted assault.

Three are charged with assault resulting in serious bodily injury. A lawyer for the lead defendant filed a motion yesterday to move him out of solitary confinement.

At least two are free on bond awaiting trial.
