    Amber Alert canceled for infant missing out of Licking County

    DAYTON, Ohio ( WDTN ) — An Amber Alert has been issued this afternoon for an infant out of Newark.

    An Amber Alert was issued at 4:52 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 12 for a missing infant. It was canceled a few hours later.

    The child was reportedly abducted from Mesimer Drive in the city of Newark.

    The child’s name is Lux Tiwari. She is described as an Asian female, 2’2″ tall, and has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a red flannel dress and white tights.

    The child’s non-custodial father Sewak Tiwari was the suspect. He is described as a 19-year-old Asian male, weighing 120 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue Batman t-shirt, red and black shorts, and white Crocs.

    The vehicle believed to be involved in the incident is a 2006 Honda Pilot with OH plate number KHE7597. It has front-passenger side damage.
