Hiring event announced for WPAFB positions

DAYTON, Ohio ( WDTN ) — The Air Force Research Laboratory will host a hiring event for various entry-level to expert positions early next month.

AFRL is looking to hire a variety of positions during an event happening Oct. 8-9 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. The event will take place at the Holiday Inn located at 2800 Presidential Drive, Fairborn.

AFRL offers a multitude of positions across several fields of expertise. AFRL is the primary scientific research and development center for the Department of the Air Force.

Open jobs include:

• Business professionals
• Computer scientists
• Contracting specialists
• Data analysts
• Engineers (aerospace/aeronautical, electrical, electronics, mechanical, general and computer)
• Finanical management specialists
• Physicists
