    Police presence expected Thursday in Montgomery County

    DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Drivers traveling through Montgomery County will likely see a law enforcement presence on Thursday.

    Officials from the Dayton Police Department, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and Ohio State Highway Patrol will be visible on State Route 48 in Montgomery County on Thursday, Sept. 19 from 2 to 6 p.m.

    ‘Dig deeper’: Dispatcher successfully brings missing child to safety

    According to OSP, the three law enforcement agencies are collaborating in a joint traffic enforcement detail on S.R. 48.

    While on the roadway, authorities will be working to reduce crashes, suppress crime and bring awareness to drivers through safety measures. Law enforcement will also be on the roads in an effort to provide transparency.

    I've noticed they have these increased law enforcement days on certain roads fairly often. I can't see where it is really helping. Every day I read of either alcohol involved car accidents, stolen vehicle car accidents and car accidents in general.

    AND if the cop Doesn't get that quote over and over again they are let Go from the Greene county police department that's bullshit Greene county has always been crooked anyway used to have a sitting judge up there judge Goldie had a DUI monitor on her ankle but giving other people driving drunk time in Jail or fined Alot of money or Both And shes sitting up on the bench with a ankle monitor on for the same thing talk about double standards Greene county at its best!!!!! Ohio
