    Man struck by vehicle in Washington Twp. overnight

    WASHINGTON TWP., Ohio ( WDTN ) — A man was injured after being struck by a vehicle on Sunday morning.

    The Washington Township substation of the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reports deputies were dispatched to a crash at the area of SR-725 near McEwen Road. A pedestrian was reportedly struck around 1:20 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 29.

    Man hospitalized, woman arrested in Harrison Twp. stabbing incident

    Deputies discovered a 2019 Honda Fit was traveling eastbound on SR-725 just west of McEwen Road when the vehicle struck a pedestrian in the roadway.

    Upon arrival, deputies found the man, who had been injured in the crash.

    The Honda fled the scene initially but was later located.

    The incident remains under investigation by the MCSO Traffic Services Unit.
