26 townhomes coming to Wright-Dubar neighborhood next spring

DAYTON, Ohio ( WDTN ) — Groundbreaking for dozens of new homes in the historic Wright-Dunbar neighborhood began this week.

The Townes at Wright Dunbar project will put a total of 26 three-story townhomes on West Third Street near Sweetman Street.

According to the developer’s website, the homes are expected to feature Schlage smart locks, Genie WiFi garage door openers, pre-wired EV chargers and Nest WiFi thermostats.

The project will be constructed by Simms Development and is anticipated to be completed by late spring. Information about floor plans, pricing and availability are expected soon.

Simms recommends interested homebuyers subscribe to the Wright Dunbar VIP list to be the first to learn more.
