No. 10 Carroll boys soccer shuts out Fairmont 1-0

KETTERING, Ohio (WDTN) – Carroll, the No. 2-ranked boys soccer team in Div. III and No. 10-ranked team overall in the state, held off the Fairmont Firebirds for a 3-0 shutout Saturday afternoon.

Shawn Seymour netted the lone goal of the game early in the first half for the Patriots.

Carroll improves to 13-1-2 overall on the season and will wrap up the regular season against rival Alter for the GCL Co-ed championship on Tuesday night.

The Patriots seek their second straight GCL title.
