    Road rage leads to fatal multi-vehicle crash in Auglaize Co.

    AUGLAIZE COUNTY, Ohio (WDTN) — Road rage on I-75 northbound ended with a multi-vehicle crash and a person dead late Tuesday afternoon.

    According to the Wapakoneta Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the driver of a Kia Soul stopped in front of a Freightliner on the interstate, forcing the semi to also stop. The Kia driver exited the car to confront Freightliner driver, who remained inside the vehicle.

    A Chrysler Pacifica driven by David Schutt, 44, Lima, then struck the freightliner.

    Schutt was pronounced dead from his injuries at the scene. According to investigators, Schutt hadn’t been wearing a seatbelt.

    After the collision, the driver of the Kia Soul fled the scene before being stopped by and OSP trooper from the Lima Patrol Post.

    The Kia and Freightliner drivers reported no injuries.

    The crash remains under investigation by the Wapakoneta Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

    Multiple agencies assisted at the scene including the Ohio State Highway Patrol Crash Reconstruction Unit, Wapakoneta Fire Department, Auglaize County Sheriff’s Office, Auglaize County Prosecutor’s Office, Ohio Department of Transportation and the Auglaize County Coroner.

    so a man is dead because some dumb b**** decided that a truck driver didn't what give her enough room on the road or she didn't like the way he was driving. anyway it goes. she caused somebody to lose their life
