Chicken Big Macs escape from LA, arrive in Dayton

DAYTON, Ohio ( WDTN ) — The eatery known for its arch is debuting a twist on one of its most popular sandwiches.

McDonald’s is now offering a Chicken Big Mac at participating locations in Dayton. The sandwich went on sale today and will be offered for a limited time only.

The sandwich will include the toppings from the original Big Mac including the special sauce, lettuce, cheese and pickles, but minus the beef patties. Instead the sandwich will contain two tempura battered chicken patties.

It was secretly dished out this past weekend at McDonnell’s, a Los Angeles Chain restaurant.
