    County prosecutor, recorder speak on quit claim deed fraud

    DAYTON, Ohio ( WDTN ) — Montgomery County Prosecutor Mat Heck Jr. will hold a joint press conference alongside the county recorder.

    Beginning today at 2:30 p.m., Prosecutor Heck and Recorder Stacy Benson-Tyler will speak at a press conference.

    The conference covered quit claim deed fraud, with Prosecutor Heck saying criminal charges have been brought in a local case.
