Dayton RTA offering free rides for Columbus Day

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — The Greater Dayton RTA will be offering free transportation on Monday.

In observance of Columbus Day, the RTA will offer free rides to all patrons on Monday, Oct. 14. This includes fixed-bus routes, as well as RTA Connect, the agency’s ADA service.

The RTA offers free bus rides on all federal holidays to all patrons. Bus rides will also be free on Election Day, Nov. 5. Click here to see a list of remaining federal holidays in 2024.
