DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Matthew 25: Ministries is partnering with several organizations to ship supplies to disaster victims.

In response to Hurricane Milton, Matthew 25, a humanitarian aid and disaster relief organization headquartered in Blue Ash, will send relief supplies to affected areas.

The organization is in contact with several local and regional partners throughout the impacted areas. Shipments will provide aid for rapid and long-term recovery efforts.

Matthew 25 has responded to multiple hurricanes in Florida with services and supplies. These includes Hurricane Michael in 2018, Hurricane Idalia in 2023, Hurricane Francine earlier this year and most recently Hurricane Helene less than three weeks ago.

Those located in hurricane-impacted areas can visit Matthew 25’s website to find more details on resource locations, where you can access services and relief supplies.

“This is a heartbreaking situation,” said Tim Mettey, CEO of Matthew 25: Ministries. “This is the third hurricane to hit Florida’s Gulf Coast area this year, causing additional damage to areas already trying to recover from Hurricane Helene, and impacting areas still recovering from Hurricane Michael in 2018. We are fortunate to have many committed, long-term partnerships in the affected areas, with whom we are working to bring hope and provide essential supplies to help impacted communities begin the long process of recovery and rebuilding.”
