HARRISON TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WDTN) — A man was taken to an area hospital, with non-life threatening injuries, Wednesday morning after being hit by a vehicle.

According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, the incident began as a domestic dispute between a man and a woman.

Deputies were dispatched at 3:14 a.m. to the 2100 block of Needmore Road on report of a pedestrian strike. When deputies arrived they found a man lying in the street in front of a vehicle on Foster Avenue near Titus Avenue.

An initial investigation suggests that after the dispute, the woman struck the man with the vehicle. The woman was taken into police custody.

    An investigation is ongoing.
