    DAYTON, Ohio ( WDTN ) — Halloween is just around the corner and everyone is celebrating! 2 NEWS compiled a list of events happening around the Miami Valley.

    Friday, Oct. 18

    Champion City Food Truck Rallies – 5 p.m., 102 W. Columbia Street, Springfield. Support small businesses and find your new favorite food during this monthly food truck rally. Learn more .

    Lil Spooks & Fright Night at the RecPlex – 6:30 p.m., 895 Miamisburg-Centerville Road, Dayton. The Washington Township RecPlex is offering three flashlight trick-or-treat hunts for various ages all evening. Learn more .

    Dayton Dark Shadows Ball – 7 p.m., 555 Kramer Road, Dayton. Visit the Dayton Country Club as it’s transformed into a haunted realm in support of Life Connection of Ohio. Learn more .

    HarvestFest Street Party – 10 a.m., 6 South Third Street, Tipp City. From shopping for fall favorites to live music and food trucks, there’s something for everyone at Tipp City’s HarvestFest. Learn more .

    WPAFB Pumpkin Chuck – 11 a.m., 5901 Airway Road, Riverside. Planes won’t be the only thing flying through the sky during WPAFB’s annual pumpkin chuck event. Learn more .

    Halloween Market – 11 a.m., 1001 East Second Street, Dayton. Front Street’s monthly art market will be “spooktacular” with something for the whole family, from pumpkin decorating and costumes to exploring the local art and food scene. Learn more .
