ENGLEWOOD, Ohio (WDTN) — If you’re looking for cinematic scares head over to the Englewood Cinema for their Gem City Horror Film Fest.

The festival is happening this weekend for the second year in a row, showcasing independent horror films produced locally and abroad.

A Q and A will be held on Friday, and Saturday will feature a costume contest with prizes at stake.

Cory Floyd owns the Englewood Cinema, and is joyous to show work from local filmmakers.

“I’m really fortunate that people are, you know, taking to us and willing to work with us,” Ford said.

Tickets for tonight are $10, tickets for Saturday are $15 and a ticket bundle for both nights is $20.
