Sidney drive-in looking for new home, continues season with spooky flicks

SIDNEY, Ohio ( WDTN ) — A local drive-in movie theater is looking for a new home.

Earlier this month, the Auto-Vue Drive-In announced it would be closing due to the landowner selling the property.

Now, they’re looking to relocate and want to make sure a new spot suits their needs.

“So we’re looking for somewhere a little bit out of the city still around Sidney but preferably more in the country so there’s not street lights and cars and things like that,” said Jaclyn Covington.

The drive-in has been in the owner’s family since 1986, with the current owners having run the theater for the past 10 years.
