disgusting, it's now illegal to be poor and homeless in Morgantown. it sucks that hard times create homeless people but rehabs and resources for them to work their way out of it are better ways.

Hell yeah, maybe I can finally take my kid to the park down by Waterfront. Idk why that lady wants to protect people who rove around in gangs selling drugs and getting so high that they stand bent over for an hour on the side of the road. Seems like the type of people who need structure and discipline rather than sanction.
