Fasig II refused to surrender to police after they instructed him to put down the sword, so they attempted to subdue him with a stun gun twice, but it was ineffective.After pepper spraying him, authorities arrested Fasig.Fasig has been charged by the Franklin County State’s Attorney’s Office with two counts of aggravated assault and three counts of criminal damage to property. He is currently held at the Franklin County Jail.Living in Illinois, there is crazy news like this every day that we've become numb to it.
