OROVILLE, Calif. - A woman was arrested for setting a fire behind a Maverik Gas Station in Oroville on Thursday, CAL FIRE Butte County said. Redding family hosts poker run to honor son and combat addiction
REDDING, Calif. — A Redding family hosted a new annual event on Sunday to honor their son who died in his struggle with alcohol addiction. The Hines family, owners of Xtreme Cycle in Redding, held the First Annual Kolby Dale Poker Run. Anthony Hines, the father of Kolby, says it was meant to bring awareness to addiction and raise money for a new youth program in the city.
