Following SummerSlam, The Judgment Day faction would lose Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley, who were replaced by Carlito and Liv Morgan, creating a totally new dynamic. Yet despite this, it was still surprising when @WrestleVotes reported that WWE was considering changing the stables name, with “ Street Trash ” being considered an alternative.

However, the insider X account has now shared an update , revealing that the name won’t be changed, although “ Street Trash ” will become a slogan, with merchandise having already been approved.

“A good follow up on this: looks like they heard the outcry! Source claims the name Judgment Day will remain, however the slogan “Street Trash” will be incorporated within the groups gimmick. The “Street Trash” idea came directly from Finn Balor, with merchandising concepts already completed and approved.”

The Judgment Day was launched in 2022, with current AEW talent Adam Copeland forming the group alongside Priest and Ripley, which means none of the original members are still involved. And while that has disappointed some fans, the faction achieved its goal by establishing Priest and Ripley as genuine stars, with both becoming prominently featured world champions while part of the group.
