Clarification Following Claim That The WWE Performance Center Is Moving To Las Vegas

On Tuesday afternoon, insider X account @WrestleVotes reported that WWE planned to move their Orlando-based Performance Center to Las Vegas. Obviously, this shocked fans, considering that the Performance Center has been in Florida for over a decade. However, Fightful Select has now shot down this story, claiming this announcement hasn’t been made, and their sources at the Performance Center were never informed.

“Sources within WWE say that Mark Shapiro did not make an announcement indicating a move to Las Vegas for the WWE PC. No sources at the WWE Performance Center had heard of any plans to move to Las Vegas, and were shocked when they saw word that it could happen.”

When it was first reported, it did seem plausible that TKO would want to combine the WWE Performance Center and the UFC Performance Institute in Nevada for cost-saving reasons. Yet, it looks like @WrestleVotes has been fed false information, although it should be noted that they stand by their initial report as of writing.
