Update On Nikki Garcia & Artem Chingvintsev’s Marriage Situation Following His Recent Arrest

Two weeks ago, it was reported that Dancing With The Stars’ Artem Chingvintsev had been arrested for domestic violence, with most assuming that it was connected to his wife, Nikki Garcia. And while it hasn’t officially been verified that the former WWE star was the victim, as she was spotted without her wedding ring, that all but confirmed it was. And now, in news that few would have believed this time last month, it has been reported by TMZ that, according to online documents, Garcia has officially filed for divorce.

At one time, it appeared Garcia, previously known as Nikki Bella in WWE, was going to marry John Cena because they were in a long-term relationship. However, in her book, Garcia revealed that they decided to separate because they “struggled to align” their life goals.

Subsequently, Garcia began dating her former Dancing With The Stars professional partner, Chigvintsev, and eventually, they started a family together and married two years later. Still, what appeared to be a perfect marriage and family has now been thrown into turmoil, which obviously disappoints fans who were invested in the couple after watching them on reality television.
