Former “Jackass” Star Bam Margera Is Behind Bars Again

It appeared after a tumultuous few years that former “Jackass” star Bam Margera had finally straightened himself out. The 44-year-old got married to fitness model Dannii Marie in back in May and appeared to have been sober for an extended period of time.

Mainline Media News has reported, however, that Margera is back behind bars in a Chester County Prison in Pennsylvania after a DUI arrest that violated his probation. He’ll reportedly remain in custody until a hearing on Monday.

The article stated: “On Wednesday, Margera appeared at the county Justice Center and was interviewed in the county Office of Pretrial Services, which is the headquarters of the county’s probation department. At some point, after being found in violation of the terms of his probation, he was taken into custody.”

“As of Thursday, court records show he was being held in Chester County Prison, awaiting a probation violation hearing before Common Pleas Judge Patrick Carmody on Monday. In June, Margera pleaded guilty to two summary counts of disorderly conduct related to the threatening behavior he displayed towards his brother at the Margera compound in Pocopson in April 2023.”

Margera previously told a reporter from the MediaNews Group: “With the path I was on with alcohol and drugs, I needed to hit some rock bottom to turn things around. Now, I am on the right path.” He also told a judge earlier this summer: “I just want to says thanks for this whole situation. It lets me clean up my life. It is a blessing in disguise.”
