Megan Bayne Sets Pulses Racing With Her Street Fighter Cosplay

It was reported last year that AEW had signed Megan Bayne, who had previously worked for them on their now-defunct YouTube show Dark. However, she would instead spend her time wrestling in Japan, indicating this information was either incorrect or AEW had decided not to use her. Yet despite this, the 26-year-old that many consider a future superstar clearly isn’t letting the fact she isn’t with a major promotion get her down, as following her recent Mortal Kombat cosplay photo drop , she has done the same with the Street Fighter video game franchise.

Bayne, whose real name is Megan Doheny, broke into the business in 2017 via Ohio Valley Wrestling and would go on to win the promotion’s top women’s championship two years later. From there, she became well-known on the independent scene and, by 2023, had gained enough recognition to begin working for the Japan promotion Stardom. Still, in recent months, she has been mainly wrestling for GCW, which has seen her work several intergender matches with names like Mance Warner, Mike Bailey, and, most recently, Matt Cardona.
