Daughter Of WWE Legend Launches GoFundMe For Recently Deceased Indie Wrestler

Canadian independent wrestler Vince Austin, real name Gordon Glynn, sadly died on or around September 26 at the age of just 52. However, with him having passed away in Alberta, he has yet to be laid to rest, with money needed to transport his body to Newfoundland so he can be reunited with his parents. Therefore, a GoFundMe has been launched by Bronwyne Billington, the daughter of the legendary Dynamite Kid, in an attempt to raise C$12,000.

Glynn, who debuted in 1993, is survived by his two daughters, Rachel and Liz, as well as five grandchildren. And while he was never an international star, opting to wrestle in his home country rather than traveling abroad, the Bruce Hart-trained wrestler had a reputation as a good brawler and was a multiple RCW Hardcore Champion. Therefore, he leaves behind a small but devoted fanbase of fans who had the opportunity to see him live his childhood dream.
