Webb City 12u Little League Wins STATE! Advance to Regionals in Indianapolis

JOPLIN, MO – Monday was yet another special day for Webb City Little League.

Year after year, these young Cardinals have competed at the highest level, and it would be no different in 2024.

The Webb City 12U Little League are your Missouri State champions after defeating Daniel Boone Little League.

In a double elimination, the Cardinals lost to Daniel Boone in the semifinals, but battled back through the tournament to face them in the championship.

The Cardinals won the first elimination game 4-3 to force a winner take all.

The group found themselves trailing 5-0 heading into the final inning, but they would battle back and score six unanswered runs to win 6-5.

Webb City is now bound for Indianapolis once again for the 2024 Little League Midwest Regionals which begin on August 2nd.

Their first game is scheduled for 10 a.m. and will be airing on ESPN+ where they will face off with Nebraska.
