Ervin Cable Construction wins safety award

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – Ervin Cable Construction was awarded the Governor’s Safety and Health Award, making it the first company in Union County to receive the award.

The company said they logged over 2.5 million man hours without a lost-time incident during the award period. Officials say the safety of their employees always comes first, and without them they wouldn’t be where they are today.

The award was presented on Friday morning.
