HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – Two White County students received scholarships to Southeastern Illinois College (SIC).

Officials say for 16 years, Black Diamond Harley-Davidson’s co-owners, Rodney Cabaness and Shad Zimbro, have been teaming up with community colleges to award scholarships for students who choose to remain in the local region to attend college. Officials say the scholarships are $1,000 each, and this year, nine local students from Southeastern Illinois College’s district were among the recipients.
