    Ground broken on Vanderburgh County coroner’s office

    HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – Ground was broken for construction of the new Vanderburgh County coroner’s office on Monday.

    The new office will be at the same site of the Vanderburgh County jail and will be 10,000 square feet. The office will include upgraded equipment as well as new forensic capabilities.

    Building the new office is thanks to in part by more than three million dollars from the American Rescue Plan Act.
