HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – A Boonville man is facing charges of possession of a controlled substance after he was found passed out in the backseat of a person’s vehicle.

Police searched the vehicle and found an ID belonging to Sellner and a rolled up dollar bill containing a white powdery substance which they say is consistent to heroin.

Once Sellner regained consciousness, police say he was taken into custody.
