HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – If you’re buying or selling a house, the rules have changed. It’s all part of the settlement of a lawsuit against the National Association of Realtors that complained of long held practices driving up commissions and harming sellers.

Shelley Kirk sits down with Region One Director for Kentucky Realtors, Christie Moore, to discuss upcoming changes with the NAR.

She askes Moore all about the biggest changes in commission, what this could mean for first time home buyers and what advice she has to share for both buyers and sellers.
