EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – The Reitz Panthers enter a new season with game-ready players vying to replicate last season’s success.

“We put a lot of work in trying to get chemistry,” says Senior Quarterback Ben Davies. “Hopefully we don’t miss a beat.”

“We had a big senior class last year so they have some big shoes to fill,” says Panthers Head Coach Cory Brunson. “Hopefully we’ll find out this week if they’re up for the challenge.”

128 of a 140 completed passes from last season as well as 71% of total rushing yards are now graduated, so it’s hard to replace that type of production in just one season, but the goal is to try.
