One person dead following crash on Twin Bridges last month

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – Authorities have confirmed that a person has died following a crash on the southbound Twin Bridge in Henderson that happened in July.

On July 28, authorities say Alvaro Agular, 36, hit a motorcyclist on the bridge. He was charged the next morning with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under Influence of Alcohol, Leaving Scene of an Accident, Assault and other charges.

Sheriff Chip Stauffer has confirmed to Eyewitness News that the person injured in the crash died on Wednesday morning. The name of the deceased has not yet been released.
