Loretta Rush re-appointed as Indiana Chief Justice

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT)- Loretta Rush has been re-appointed as Chief Justice of Indiana.

Chief Justice Rush was appointed to the high court in 2012 and was first selected to serve as Chief Justice in 2014 and was reappointed in 2019 and now in 2024. She led efforts statewide and nationally to transform how courts address people with behavioral health issues and substance use disorders.

Chief Justice Rush says that she looks forward to continuing the state’s efforts to evolve the Judicial Branch.
