Dixon Splash Park closed due to rock disruptions

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – The Dixon Park Board announces the Splash Park will be closed on Sunday due to disruptions involving rocks that can potentially lead to injuries.

In a Facebook post, the Dixon Park Board announced the closure was due to gravel being thrown into the splash pad.

It is said the gravel needs to be removed to prevent injuries and damage to the outlets.

They also announced next week will be the last chance to catch the Splash Park for the 2024 season.
