EWSU extends north side boil advisory again

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – A precautionary boil advisory has been extended to Friday for homes on Evansville’s north side that experienced a planned outage after a water sample failed to pass water quality testing.

Officials explain residents and businesses within the advisory area are urged to boil tap water or use bottled water for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth or washing dishes. The earliest possible lift date for the advisory is August 30.
