Single vehicle crash leads to charges

HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – A single vehicle crash in Perry County leads to charges.

Indiana State Police took to social media to announce details of the investigation. They say on September 4, troopers responded on I-64 for a report of an overturned vehicle. Troopers state they saw a truck pulling a box trailer, and the trailer was on its side, blocking the interstate. ISP says the driver, Jeffrey Kessinger., showed signs of impairment and was transported to Perry County Memorial Hospital for a chemical test and medical clearance.

Kessinger was arrested and taken to the Perry County Jail. Officials state I-64 was blocked for about one hour. Kessinger is from New Port Richey, Florida.
