HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – The Union County Tourism Office is offering a “ransom” on all usable official Highway 60 Yard Sale signs through October 1.

Officials say the office will pay $1 per sign, with or without the metal stand. Signs should be brought to the Tourism Office, located in the Union County Courthouse, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The Union County Tourism Office says the bright yellow and black signs were distributed for several years in Union and surrounding counties. New signs are not currently available and request for the “attractive” signs have surged.

For any questions, people are asked to contact Paul Monsour at (270) 997-1007.
