American Cancer Society kicks off Men Wear Pink fundraiser

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) — The American Cancer Society has started their Men Wear Pink fundraiser to help in the fight against breast cancer.

The fundraiser kicked off Thursday at the Myriad Brewing Company.

All proceeds from the fundraiser will go towards funding cancer research, patient support, and advocacy efforts to end breast cancer. Participating Men have agreed to wear pink for the month of October as well as help raise money.

Eyewitness News meteorologists Ron Rhodes, Joe Bird, Cody Bailey and Wayne Hart will be participating by wearing pink for the month of October.
