Evansville Police investigating after gunshot victim arrives at local hospital

HENDERSON, KY. (WEHT)- Evansville Police are investigating after a victim of a gunshot wound showed up at a local hospital.

According to EPD, the victim showed up to the Emergency Room with a non-life threatening gunshot wound to her arm. Officers say that the victim was uncooperative with investigators. An EPD Sergeant says that the victim later gave Police Officers a location of the alleged crime, but when investigators arrived they were unable to locate any evidence of a crime.

EPD says that there are no suspects at this time, and the investigation is ongoing.
