    Haubstadt student in custody after allegedly making verbal threats

    HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – Gibson County Sheriff Bruce Vanoven tells Eyewitness News a student at Haubstadt Community School is in custody after allegedly making verbal threats during lunch.

    Sheriff Vanoven says students reported the threats to the principal, and a school resource officer removed the student from the school. The officer is now reportedly working with detectives at the Gibson County Sheriff’s Office to investigate the incident.

    EPD arrest two 11-year-olds over alleged social media threats

    This comes after national threats were made to schools across the Tri-State.
