Kentucky Wesleyan ranked 22nd best regional college

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — Kentucky Wesleyan College has been ranked 22nd among the 2025 Best Regional Colleges South by U.S. News and World Report.

“This recognition reflects the dedication of our faculty and staff to our students,” says president of Kentucky Wesleyan Dr. James Cousins. “We are honored and thrilled that the highly regarded U.S. News & World Report acknowledges our commitment to providing a superior education.”

Kentucky Wesleyan was the highest-ranking Kentucky institution in its category.

The rankings evaluate nearly 1,500 national colleges and universities on up to 17 measures of academic quality and place an emphasis on social mobility and outcomes for graduating college students.
