HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — Evansville’s Protestant Home celebrates 100 years of service to the community.

Officials say the milestone highlights a century of dedicated service to the aging community.

The event featured historical displays, memorabilia and photographs from the home’s rich past.

The Evansville Protestant Home first opened its doors in 1924 as a residence for the aged with a commitment to providing comfort, dignity, and support for its residents.

The home continues that mission, serving seniors with the same care and dedication.
