    Man from New York charged with going 108 MPH on I-69

    HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – A New York man is facing reckless driving charges after he was pulled over for reportedly going 108 MPH on I-69.

    The Gibson County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy conducted a traffic stop on a white Volkswagen Jetta after seeing it go at the aforementioned speed.

    The driver was identified as 20-year-old Peter Maiorana of Belle Harbor, New York.

    Maiorana was booked into the Gibson County Jail.
