Madisonville man charged with raping 13-year-old

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – A Madisonville man was arrested on Sunday after authorities say he raped a 13-year-old on two occasions.

Police say Kevin Ramirez, 30, admitted to taking the juvenile from her home on two occasions this month to have sexual intercourse. He also said he provided alcohol to the juvenile on both occasions.

Ramirez is charged with rape, custodial interference and unlawful transaction with a minor. He is being held in the Hopkins County Jail.
