Penn State All-Sports Museum to unveil LEGO Beaver Stadium replica this week
UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. (KDKA) - One Penn State graduate is paying tribute to the iconic Beaver Stadium in a truly unique way. Garret Gourley's 3D model was built entirely out of LEGOs and he dedicated nearly 100 hours to building the replica of the home of the Nittany Lions. The LEGO Beaver Stadium will be unveiled on Saturday, July 27 at the Penn State All-Sports Museum at 10:15 a.m. After it's unveiling, it will remain on permanent display in the museum's lobby. Suspect rips business off for $13,000
Selinsgrove, Pa. — An unknown suspect used a credit card with insufficient funds to pay for $13,000 of building products, police say. Around June 26, the suspect called Kohl Building Products in Penn Township and ordered building products including roof shingles, according to Trp. Derek Gill of state police at Selinsgrove. The sales representative took the order over the phone along with a credit card number provided by the suspect. The suspect then promptly went to the business to pick up the products. A short time later, representatives at the business found that the credit card transaction was denied for insufficient funds. Anyone with information may contact PSP Selinsgrove at 570-374-8145.

Students at Pennsylvania State University will soon pay more if they attend the main campus, according to university officials.The Board of Trustees approved a tuition increase to help offset the university's budget deficit.In-state tuition will increase by a little over $400 beginning in 2025, officials say.Out-of-state tuition will go up by 1% for students who attend satellite campuses. It will increase by 4% if the student studies in Happy Valley.Tuition will not increase for in-state students who attend satellite campuses, university leaders say.
