After 17 months of construction — and several confusing name changes — Umi Hotpot Sushi & Seafood Buffet has opened its doors on Rockville Pike. Crowds have been lining up nightly for the $39.95 all-you-can-eat dinner menu, which features individual stations for seafood, soup, sushi, hotpot, ramen, desserts and bubble tea.
