It is hard to show in pictures, but Pam is one tiny dog at just 20 pounds. At a recent adoption event, everyone thought she was a young puppy, but she is indeed full grown and has already raised two puppies of her own. One of the great things about foster homes is that you can learn what dogs are like outside of the stressful shelter environment.
