Local law enforcement agencies investigating a string of stolen vehicles cases
PONCA CITY — A juvenile was arrested Tuesday afternoon after Ponca City police located and pursued a vehicle reported stolen earlier in the day from the McCord area. Ponca City police logs show that a caller reported seeing the stolen Chevy Equinox with a Dallas Cowboy tag at the Triple T on Lake Road at 2:02 p.m. The vehicle was reported stolen from a residence on Sherwin Ave. Tuesday morning. The caller lost site of the vehicle as it left going west on Lake Road.

BOKCHITO, Okla. (KXII) - A man is in the Bryan County Jail accused of trying to steal a Dr. Pepper delivery truck after shoplifting from a Bokchito convenience store. The Oklahoma Department of Corrections is on pace this year to exceed last year's total of 126 inmate deaths, records for the first six months of 2024 show.
